Boekie is a FinTech application that automates bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial reporting for its users. It addresses the manual, error-prone effort of categorizing transactions and producing financial summaries by applying AI-driven processing to the underlying accounting data. The product pairs an automated accounting workflow with natural-language financial insights so users can understand their finances without manual reconciliation.

• ▸I architected the end-to-end system for Boekie, owning the backend, frontend, AI integration, and cloud deployment.
• ▸I designed and built the NestJS backend that handles the bookkeeping, expense-tracking, and financial-reporting logic.
• ▸I integrated OpenAI to generate AI-driven financial insights and to support automated categorization and reporting over the accounting data.
• ▸I developed the Next.js frontend that presents expense tracking and financial reports to users.
• ▸I deployed and operated the application on AWS, configuring the cloud infrastructure for the backend and frontend services.
