Converza

#problem

Converza is a SaaS lead management platform that streamlines the sales pipeline from initial lead capture to conversion and analytics. It addresses the problem sales teams face when leads are scattered, follow-ups are missed, and pipeline visibility is poor by centralizing lead data, automating timely notifications, and surfacing conversion analytics. I used the OpenAI API to generate the notification content that prompts users toward the right next action.

#what-i-built

• ▸I architected and built Converza end to end on the MERN stack, owning the React front end, the Node.js and Express backend, and the MongoDB data model.
• ▸I designed the lead lifecycle data model and REST APIs to track each lead from capture through qualification, conversion, and analytics.
• ▸I integrated the OpenAI API to generate AI notifications that summarize lead activity and surface the next recommended action to sales users.
• ▸I implemented the analytics layer that aggregates pipeline and conversion data for reporting in the React dashboard.
• ▸I deployed and operated the platform on AWS, handling the cloud infrastructure, hosting, and release process for the MERN application.
