#problem

Ordrio is an e-commerce platform built on top of Shopify that provides deep backend customization and complex API integrations that off-the-shelf Shopify apps cannot support. It solves the problem of merchants outgrowing standard app functionality by giving them tailored server-side logic and integrations connected directly to the Shopify APIs.

#what-i-built

• ▸I architected and built the Ordrio platform end to end, from the Node.js backend services to the React front end on a MERN stack.
• ▸I designed and implemented the integrations against the Shopify APIs to support backend customization that standard Shopify apps do not provide.
• ▸I built the data layer and REST API services in Node.js and MongoDB to handle e-commerce workflows and external API orchestration.
• ▸I deployed and operated the application on AWS, owning the cloud infrastructure and hosting.
• ▸I implemented the complex third-party API integrations that connect merchant storefronts to custom server-side logic.
