ZipcodeAI is an AI-powered tool that surfaces predictive insights and demographic trends at a hyper-local, zip-code level. It addresses the problem of turning raw location data into interpretable, decision-ready signals by pairing structured data analytics with large-language-model reasoning, so users can query and understand local trends in plain language.

I architected the end-to-end system, owning the design from the NestJS backend through the Next.js frontend and the AWS cloud deployment.
I built the NestJS backend that exposes the location-analytics APIs and orchestrates requests to the OpenAI models for generating predictive insights.
I integrated OpenAI into the backend to translate zip-code-level data into demographic-trend summaries and natural-language responses.
I developed the Next.js frontend that lets users query zip codes and view the resulting insights and analytics.
I deployed and operated the application on AWS, configuring the cloud infrastructure that hosts the backend, frontend, and OpenAI integration.
