A technical lead for your product, hands on when it counts.
Many small companies don't need a big engineering team on day one. They need one person who understands the business problem, makes the right technical calls, builds, and keeps the product stable after launch. I work in two ways: leading your product build, or joining your team as a senior hands-on engineer.
#ways-to-work
Lead your product build
I own the technical side: scope, roadmap, architecture, delivery and releases, working directly with you on priorities.
Hands-on engineering
I join your existing team or codebase as a senior engineer, picking up features, fixing architecture problems and stabilizing deployments.
#who-it's-for
- ▸Non-technical founders who need someone to own the technical side
- ▸Small and medium businesses without an in-house engineering lead
- ▸Teams with developers who need senior architecture and review
#what-you-get
Product scope and a technical roadmap tied to business goals
Architecture and stack decisions, written down so they outlive the conversation
Hands-on development across frontend, backend and cloud
Code reviews and engineering standards for other developers
Release process, CI/CD and production support after launch
#how-it-works
Goals, users, constraints and what success looks like in three months.
Scope, architecture and a roadmap you can actually follow.
Hands-on delivery, reviews and weekly progress you can see.
Releases, monitoring and support once real users depend on it.

#faq
Can you work with my existing developers?
Yes. I can set the architecture, review code and agree standards while your developers build, or take on the hardest parts myself.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. I've stepped into Node.js, NestJS, MERN and Next.js codebases mid-project. I start by reading the code and the deployment setup before suggesting changes.
Is this a long-term arrangement?
It can be. Some work is a defined build, and some is ongoing product leadership. We pick whatever fits your stage.
Planning a build like this?
A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether I'm the right fit.
